These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made through the KavachKases website. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

  1. 1. 📦 Product Information
    • We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate.
    • Minor variations in color or design may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing updates.
    • Anti-yellowing and lifetime warranty claims apply only to eligible products as clearly marked.

    3. 2. 💰 Pricing & Payment

    • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
    • Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
    • Payment must be completed at the time of purchase via approved methods (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking).

    4. 3. 🧾 Order Confirmation

    • You will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp once payment is successful.
    • KavachKases reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

    5. 4. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

    • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on your location.
    • KavachKases is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
    • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

    6. 5. 🔄 Returns & Exchanges

    • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for eligible products.
    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
    • Refunds or exchanges will be processed after inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    7. 6. 🛡️ Warranty & Claims

    • Lifetime warranty applies to select products against yellowing and manufacturing defects.
    • Claims require clear photos and proof of purchase. KavachKases reserves the right to approve or reject claims.

    8. 7. ❌ Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
    • KavachKases may cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or policy violations.

    9. 8. ⚖️ Limitation of Liability

    • KavachKases is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.
    • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

    10. 9. 📘 Governing Law

    • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
